Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any Taxes, Customs Fees, and/or Import Duties you may incur. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies.
All our garments are made to order. Our clothes are individually cut and sewn by hand right here in Slovakia by our local seamstresses. We take great care in ensuring each item is finished to our own high standards.

We deliver worldwide. You'll be able to track your order through the website. We will send you your tracking number via e-mail.

United States, Canada: free standard shipping on orders over 90 EUR 5-10 days, express shipping 1-3 days 16 EUR, free on orders over 250 EUR
EU: Free standard shipping on orders over 90 EUR 3-5 days. Express shipping 1-3 days 12 EUR, free on orders over 250 EUR.
Czech Republic: Free standard shipping and Packeta on orders over 90 EUR 2-5 days. Express shipping 1-3 days, 9 EUR, free on orders over 200 EUR.
Slovakia: Free standard shipping and Packeta on orders over 90 EUR, 1-2 days. Express shipping 6 EUR free on orders over 200 EUR
Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland: Standard shipping 5-10 days, 18 EUR, free on orders over 250 EUR. Express shipping 27 EUR.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We try to do our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - ask us before placing the order!
Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe. We will provide you with a refund if:

The items have not been customized or personalized,

the items have not been worn, damaged, or washed,

you notify us for a refund within 14 days of receipt

Once your return has been received and inspected we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping unless deemed faulty.
All return postage costs are at customers' expense unless items are deemed faulty.
Please note return shipping is best sent with a ​tracking number to ensure safe and documented delivery. Simply grey takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.

Customers from a non-EU country:
Due to the customs clearance, we do not accept any other carriers, apart from DHL. The return postage cost for the US and Canada is approx. 39 EUR (for orders up to 150 EUR) and it will be deducted from a refund. Please contact us about the price of returning in case your order is in amount above 150 EUR or from the other non-EU country.

Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method within 7 days. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping and the return postage cost (unless deemed faulty).
