Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. 

All our garments are made to order. Our clothes are individually cut and sewn by hand right here in Slovakia by our local seamstresses. We take great care in ensuring each item is finished to our own high standards. 

As such orders will take 3 - 4 weeks to be made and ready to dispatch.


Estimated shipping times and prices

We deliver worldwide. Your order will be dispatched via courier DHL. You'll be able to track your order through the website. We will send you your tracking number via e-mail.


United States, Canada: 3-5 days, 16 EUR

EU (Germany, Austria, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, France, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands and other EU countries): 1-3 days, 9,90 EUR

Slovakia 4,50 EUR

Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland: 5-7 days, 27 EUR


We'll do the best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. 


Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



We try to do our best when describing and photographing the items. Please read the descriptions of items carefully and if you have any questions - ask us before placing the order!

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe. We will provide you with a refund if:


1. The items have not been worn, damaged or washed


2. You notify us for a refund within 14 days of receipt

Once your return has been received and inspected we will refund you by your original payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping unless deemed faulty.
All return postage costs are at customers' expense unless items deemed faulty. 
Please note return shipping is best sent with a ​tracking number to ensure safe and documented delivery. Simply grey takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries.


Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.


Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method within 7 days.  Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping and the return postage cost (unless deemed faulty).
